Goals and Objectives

I am very excited to see myself achieve my goals. I'm enterying the multimedia and video game industry with a clear and open mind. I want to learn as much as I can and constantly be involved with major projects and creative ideas. I am currently finishing up my technical school that has allowed me to test myself and determine if this is the career for me. What I have learned is that I am willing to go the distance to successful.

I have worked with numerous programs and am very comfortable in them. I've worked with countless files to incorporate with certain programs to achieve our vision for a project. I am familiar with both Mac and PC and am comfortable with both Premiere and Final Cut Pro.

I am very comfortable working individually as well as with a high energy team. I really enjoy the long hours to complete a project. Due to my experience as a DJ and sampling, repetitive tasks are not a problem with me. At times it's even soothing for me. From my experience with my DJ company, Beats Down and while working with Zillion Media, I have gain knowledge with the business side of a company. I enjoy working with the clients and doing everything possible to make them happy.

I have already got to use my talent, skills, and knowledge to produce: some local commercials, edit and help produce a documentary, several hall of fame videos, several pageants, creative advertisement packages, websites, and educational films.

I understand: the three stages of production, the pipeline effect, meeting heavy deadlines, making clients happy, doing my part with a team to make sure our goal is accomplished, going beyond what is required, and plus many other things that help me get the edge in the industry.

Some traits that help me become a valuable employee is that I am very reliable and honest. I can quickly adapt to new changes as well as very open minded to them. I am a hard worker that enjoys what I am doing. If I ever finish my duties early, I take the time to seek out new jobs or help others that may need help. I have very good leadership skills as well as team work skills. But if I had a chance to become a leader, I will work extremely hard to accomplish that goal. Another important trait I have is that I am a very fast learner. I never tell myself that I have mastered anything. With technology advancing everyday, no one can. So what I enjoy doing is constantly reading about the latest tech as well as all ways updating my skills.

My goal is to find a career that will allow me to apply my skills and creativity. I enjoy working with others that have the same passion and desire to bring an idea to life. I hope to work for a company that I can work with other talented and knowledgeable people, that we can pick each others brains. I would like to find a company that will give me the chance to prove myself worthy to their company. I have a wide range of experience and capabilities with web design, film, video editing, 3d modeling & animation, graphic designs, producing music samples, audio, visual fx, management, producing, and accounting.
